Methods This is a retrospective review of a cohort of all patients who presented to our institution with a fracture dislocation of gleno-humeral joint between 2007 and 2015. The radiographs and patients’ records were examined Khitish Mohanty. The direction of dislocation, the number of fragments according to Neer’s criteria amount of commination and the size of fragments were recorded based on plain radiographs. Independent reviewers assessed if there was any evidence of fracture of the surgical neck of humerus or any fracture involving tuberosity. Assessments and measurements were performed using Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS—Agfa Healthcare).
