Lesley Ramulifho talks about the political system of South Africa which is a Federal state created of a central government and 9 provincial governments. In 1993, Parliament approved a Constitution that banished the system of segregation and established a democracy. Executive power is exercised by: the president, the vice-chairman, and a cupboard of ministers.
