Salvador Llinàs Oñate explains that in the mechanical section, the range of the new Quattroporte is made up of the same blocks with which until now, developed in collaboration with Ferrari, in which power and top speed are now improved. All engines are associated with an 8-speed ZF automatic transmission, with paddles behind the wheel:
- 3.0 V6: Reaches 350 hp (gains 20 hp). It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in just 5.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 270 km / h. This access version will not arrive in Spain in principle.
- 3.0 V6 diesel: It produces 275 hp and 600 Nm of maximum torque that allow it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in 6.4 seconds and reach a maximum speed of 252 km / h.
- 3.0 V6 Biturbo: Equipped by the Quattroporte S reaches 410 hp and is the one that can count on the Q4 all-wheel drive system. It reaches 286 km / h of top speed, while to accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h, they require 5.1 and 4.9 seconds depending on whether they are rear-wheel drive or Q4 Autoclick.
- 3.8 V8 Biturbo: Exclusive to the Quattroporte GTS, it carries 530 hp of power and 710 hp of torque. It has almost sporty performance, as it accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in 4.7 seconds and reaches a top speed of 310 km / h.
Although as a good luxury model the options to customize its interior are many, now the Italian brand will offer two trim lines, available with all the engines in the range, very differentiated: Maserati Quattroporte GranLusso autoclick rent a car: Oriented to luxury and attention to detail, afirms Salvador Llinàs Oñate.
